After that, I’ll send over the corresponding reservation link where you’ll be able to virtually sign the agreement and pay the non-refundable retainer online. Once the agreement and retainer have been completed, I’m all yours! We can begin planning your unique proposal!

Don’t worry - I got you! As a Napa native, I have an extensive list of the top surprise proposal locations in the Napa and Sonoma Valley, including wineries that cater to proposals. But because every couple (and winery) is unique, I work one-on-one with you to pick a location that encompasses your vision. If vino isn’t your vibe, wine country is full of so many other amazing spots to pop the question!

While I’m happy to assist with small details, I do not offer proposal setups. In some cases, wineries will include flowers, champagne, and other items in their proposal packages. However, for those locations that don’t, I have a list of wonderful and trusted proposal planners and florists that I can connect you with who can bring to life your proposal.

Within 24 hours of your proposal (often the same day depending on the timing of the proposal), you and your fiancé will receive a few sneak peeks - perfect for any announcements. The rest of the gallery will be ready within two weeks!
